We want to make the financing of your dental care as convenient as possible for you. So we offer several options, which are described below.

Of course, the most straightforward and simple option is to provide full payment at the time of service. We make that easy for you by accepting payment in the form of Cash, Check, Debit Card, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.

VIP Wellness Program

For those of you who do not have dental insurance, we invite you to consider our Burke Dental VIP Wellness Program. The program, which is NOT dental insurance, is a simple way for you to save money and it minimizes the administrative work on our end.

Here’s how the program works:

 

Existing Patients: $411 annual fee

  • 2 Standard Cleanings (one every 6 months)
  • 2 Periodic Exams (one exam at each cleaning appointment)
  • 1 Set of Checkup Images (4 BiteWings taken once per year)
  • 15% Professional Courtesy on All Dental Procedures (no limit, no exclusions, even including whitening and implant crowns)
  • $55 Annual Account Credit* (bankable; accumulates for as long as you maintain continuous enrollment in the program)

New Patients: $462 first-year fee, $411 annually thereafter

  • Initial Exam
  • 1 Full Set of Images (FMX)
  • 50% Professional Courtesy on First Standard Cleaning
  • 6-Month Standard Cleaning
  • 6-Month Recall Exam
  • 15% Professional Courtesy on All Dental Procedures (no limit, no exclusions, even including whitening and implant crowns)
  • $55 Annual Account Credit* (bankable; accumulates for as long as you maintain continuous enrollment in the program)

Dental Insurance

As a courtesy to you, we gladly submit insurance claims to most dental insurance carriers. We are happy to provide this service and most dental insurance plans will remit directly to our office their portion of payment due. After collecting from you any required co-payments at the time of service, and after receiving any payment from the insurance carrier, we will send you an invoice for any remaining balance, according to your agreement with your insurance carrier.

As a technicality, we want to remind you that your agreement with your insurance carrier is between you and your insurance carrier. Any assistance we provide in terms of filing of insurance papers or confirmation of insurance payments is strictly given as a courtesy and implies no responsibility on our part for follow-up confirmation. If the insurance company does not remit payment within 60 days after the date of service, we will bill you for the remaining balance, which is due and payable upon receipt from you. We are happy to file necessary forms to insure that you receive full benefits of your policy, but we make no guarantee of payments or any estimated coverage.

The benefit provided varies from one insurance carrier to another, and most carriers have several plans within their network, making it nearly impossible for us as care providers to provide you with details about your plan. Therefore it is usually more effective for you to gather details directly from your insurance carrier. When considering an insurance plan, here are some questions you might ask the carrier:

 

  1. What are my dental benefits?
  2. Are certain procedures excluded from coverage?
  3. Do I have “out of network” coverage for dental care?
  4. What is the coverage for this particular procedure?
  5. How many cleanings per year does my plan cover?
  6. Are there restrictions on the interval between cleanings (i.e., do I have to wait exactly six months, or am I given the flexibility to schedule at my convenience)?
  7. Is preauthorization required for this particular procedure?

Financing With CareCredit
